Reservation and Cancellation
Please use our online reservation system or call us on +386 4 530 2345 or e-mail us to hotel (at) krek.si (we answer within 2 hours between 6.00-14.00 h and within 16 hours between 14.00 and 6.00 h). The front-desk is staffed from 6.00-14.00. For questions please turn to the staff or call us (24 h). PLEASE USE OUR AUTOMATIC CHECK-IN TERMINAL AT THE HOTEL ENTRANCE!
Cancellations are usually free of charge until the day of arrival 12.00 h unless specified otherwise.
Most of front desk staff is multilingual. All of us speak English and Slovenian, most German and Serbo-Croatian, and some Italian and French.
